WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I PURCHASE A PLAN?

First of all, thank you! From here, Reed from PALMS will reach out to your to schedule an into call to discuss your brand, hear your story, discuss your social and content strategy, and any larger marketing objectives and priorities you may have. From there, the PALMS team will start building your fresh squeezed assets!

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ASSETS DELIVERED?

Please give us 2-4 weeks after your billing cycle renews to return your month’s batch of content.

MONTHLY CHECK INS

Every month, we like to align with you to review:

• What works / what didn’t from the month before

• Any new aesthetics you would like to incorporate this month

• Any promos, new products, or other strategies you want to incorporate

• Lock in your GIFs for the month
  

CAN I CANCEL MY PLAN?

Yes, you can cancel your plan at anytime effective on your next upcoming billing cycle.

ARE PROPS INCLUDED?

Yes, basic props are included in the monthly cost! This includes any cups, bowls, cutlery, food, paper, etc. We do ask that if you request something very expensive that you are able to cover that cost.

ARE MODELS INCLUDED?

No, models are not included. If you need a model, we would need to invoice you for the expense.

CAN I UPGRADE OR DOWNGRADE MY PLAN?

Sure thing! Just contact Reed from PALMS and he will work with you to make the changes.
